The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Act of 2006 allows states to allocate no more than 10% of their allocation for state leadership activities.

This website has been designed to highlight the project activities funded with Carl Perkins state leadership funds through the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

Information can be found which describes:

  • Current project granting priorities
  • Current funded projects, including schools involved, funding amounts, and activities
  • The funding / project selection process
  • Past funded project activities including schools involved, funding amounts, and outcomes of project efforts (i.e. examples, statistics, and/or resources)
