- Through the use of an advisory committee including representatives of the major Texas community college professional associations, including TCCTA, TACE, TACTE, and TCCIA, along with regional consortia, including the North Texas Consortium of Community Colleges, the Northeast Texas Consortium of Colleges & Universities, and the South Texas College Leadership Initiative. The project presents and publishes regularly through its participant associations.

- Deliverables:
- The Texas Leadership Alliance Online Institute – an annual live series of online seminars including a variety of topics. Selected sessions are archived for access from the project website.
- Workshops/Conferences:
- Leading From the Middle. A three-day leadership retreat offered in conjunction with TCCTA. Website is www.tccta.org/leading.
- Advance Leadership Workshop. Under development in conjunction with TCCIA, TACTE, and TACE. Anticipated as a preconference program starting Fall 2008.
- Online Leadership Modules. A series including twelve areas of leadership development. Modules may be explored and completed at any time.
- Online Leadership ePacs. Assistance is available for colleges wishing to download the Leadership Modules into a course management system as a local online course or for individuals wishing to access the project videos from a PC or iPod.
